ALLEN PARK — The Detroit Lions won’t announce their game designations until 4 p.m. Friday, but all signs point to Frank Ragnow being available Sunday against Dallas.
The rookie guard is coming off the best game of his young career, but picked up a knee injury this week and was listed as limited during Thursday’s practice. A day later, though, he was back on the practice field as Detroit wrapped up preparations for the Cowboys.
Defensive end Ezekiel Ansah and tight end Michael Roberts did not practice again, which means they missed the entire practice week and are not expected to play in Dallas. Ansah has already missed two games with his shoulder injury, while Roberts has already missed one because of that knee injury he picked up in practice last week.
With that said, Ansah’s No. 94 still made an appearance at prctice Friday — stretched onto 309-defensive tackle Ricky Jean Francois, who usually wears No. 97.
