Brown spent a year in junior college and then topped 1,000 yards receiving in both seasons at Oklahoma. He had 75 receptions for 1,318 yards and 10 touchdowns this season before declaring for the draft. Brown is undersized but has impressive speed and hands. ESPN analyst Mel Kiper Jr. listed him as the No. 1 receiver available in the draft and he is a potential first-round pick.
